Wellness is truly a journey, and I understand firsthand the challenges that come with it. My own path to health began when I faced the need for two hip replacements at just 45 years old. At the time, I was battling osteoarthritis, depression, anxiety, and hormone imbalances—relying on multiple prescription medications to manage it all. Through years of research and dedication, I discovered the power of focused nutrition, movement, stress management, and quality sleep in restoring balance and vitality. Over time, I was able to take control of my health and eliminate the need for medications. My passion for understanding metabolic health led me to study under Ben Bikman, and I became an Insulin IQ certified coach so that I could share my journey and the knowledge I’ve gained with others. My experience has shown me that healing is possible, and I believe we all have the ability to reclaim our health with the right support and guidance.
